Cycle of Crime: A Fuller and Walker Mystery—eBook
Reviewers Speak Out
“Persun’s descriptive prowess is in full force here as he sets the reader down in this small town of friendly diners, family-run businesses, and smiles that might be hiding dangerous secrets.”
“Tensions kept building throughout, plus I’ve come to enjoy the main character who are not stereotypes but human beings with honest emotions.”
“The climax alone was well worth the read.”
“Terry Persun never disappoints.”
Synopsis
Defacing public property is one thing but when Mayor Jenkins’ tires are slashed, the pranks appear to be ramping up toward something more threatening—like murder. If it’s just a bunch of teenagers and young adults getting out their frustrations that’s one thing, but when it looks as though their parents could be involved the situation gets more serious.
While thwarted by local business owners, Deputy Sheriff Leslie Fuller and his partner Mae Belle Walker race from one suspect to the next trying to put the puzzle pieces into place before the high jinks become more dangerous.
Emotions run high as a major snow storm slows down the police investigation and the mayor cries fowl. Leslie and Mae Belle are forced to weather the storm even as time appears to be running out for the mayor.
